Support tokens cost 250€ each. One support token is required for pay per incident support for CODESOFT, LABELVIEW, or LABEL MATRIX in the Extended Support Phase. Three support tokens are required for support for one incident on one Enterprise product (SENTINEL, LABEL ARCHIVE, or TEKLYNX CENTRAL) in the Extended Support Phase.

There is no time limit for using support tokens, they remain valid until they are used.
At this time, TEKLYNX Support tokens are only available for purchase in Euros via the Storefront but the Paypal Payment method used on this site allows you to convert Euros to your currency.
Payment is processed with Paypal. You will be able to pay using:
- Your Paypal account by clicking the Log In button on the Pay With PayPal page
- Your Credit Card without creating a Paypal account by clicking on Pay with Debit or Credit Card on the Pay With PayPal page
It can take up to 10 minutes for your token to be created and sent to you. If it has been more than 10 minutes since placing your order, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If you still have not received your token information, please contact TEKLYNX for assistance.
After your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with your token. You can use your Support token at any time you want. Contact TEKLYNX Technical Support and provide them with your Support token ID.
